Welcome to INOM-TRC

The International Nonprofit Management Teaching Resource Center (INOM-TRC) was established by the University of San Francisco Institute for Nonprofit Organization Management in 1999. INOM-TRC is a comprehensive source of nonprofit management teaching cases, course syllabi, and program descriptions that are made available for use by teachers, trainers, consultants, practitioners, and students. Periodic surveys of certificate, undergraduate, master, doctoral, and institutionally based training programs located worldwide are conducted to collect new teaching materials developed by instructors and practitioners in the field.

Access to the Collections

A small fee is charged for copies or access to some collections (to partially defray our costs). Other materials are available at no charge (thanks to donors and sponsors). You can purchase the INOM-TRC collections on an item-by-item basis (Choose "List of Cases & Syllabi") or through a user fee (Choose "Become a Member").

A user fee of US$70 allows you to order up to $150 of material. You may renew your membership to obtain more. To take advantage of the user fee discount, click here.

Special rates for academic centers and departments, libraries, and other organizations are also available.

Collection materials are updated regularly. Fees for the service are used to help defray the cost of collecting, duplicating, and mailing.

Except where indicated, the materials included in this collection are not the property of the University of San Francisco. They represent the work of hundreds of educators, trainers, nonprofit professionals, and students who have permitted us to distribute them. While the University cannot endorse the quality or use of any particular item, each individual's contribution is greatly appreciated.

We welcome further contributions to the collection to help strengthen the field of nonprofit management education.

*Certain older versions of Netscape are having difficulty viewing the Nonprofit Leadership & Democracy Curriculum site. We are working on this issue, but in the mean time, if you upgrade to Netscape version 6 you should be able to view the collection. There are no known issues with Internet Explorer.

If you do encounter difficulty viewing the collection, please email, and please indicate your browser, your browser version (in Netscape Communicator, from the file menu select "Help", then "About Netscape [X]"; in Internet Explorer, from the file menu select "Help", then "About Internet Explorer"), and detail what the problem is so that we can better diagnose the solution.
